Join Loving Meditation on a life changing journey.

My guided sessions, tailored for beginners in individual and group settings, help you cultivate mindfulness in support of whatever goals you set for yourself.

I believe that transformation comes from the healing power of love and often recommend metta meditation as a starting point for beginners. Depending upon the client, I use a variety of modalities to create a meditation experience to help you live your best life, in a loving, supportive environment.

What is Metta Meditation?

Metta meditation, also known as loving kindness meditation, is a practice for cultivating love, kindness, compassion, and well-being towards oneself and others.

Different traditions approach the practice in different ways. However, all forms of metta meditation share the common goal of developing unconditional positive emotions. This includes feelings of joy, trust, love, gratitude, happiness, appreciation and compassion. 

​

While this is not the only mediation modality I use, it can be an excellent starting point for beginners. 

Community Classes

I offer free group classes at public locations in the Camden County, New Jersey area. Classes cover the basics of meditation and the opportunity to experience different modalities.

The next session will be a four class series at the Meditation Gardens of Collingswood on Sundays in October. Participants can join as many classes as they like.  Please bring a yoga mat, pillow or blanket.

Embracing Mindfulness Together

I started my mediation journey during a period of loss when I greatly needed relief and comfort in my life. One of the first modalities I practiced was metta meditation, focused on feeling, sharing and receiving love. It was transformative. While there are many different types of meditation, I believe that metta can be an excellent starting point for beginners who want to make changes in their lives, whether that is stress relief, healing from trauma, or reaching personal goals. In the end, the meditation approach is customized to the client, their personality, and what they want to achieve. 

As a certified mediation practitioner/teacher, I am dedicated to sharing the benefits of meditation in an inclusive and affordable way.  The initial consultation is always free, as it is important to establish rapport while we discuss goals, approaches and see if we want to work together. Subsequent sessions are done online, individually or in a group setting. Group classes that are open to the public are also available.
